Hi Stukey Families! My name is Mrs. Andrew and this is my 7th year teaching. I have been in Adams 12 for three years, and it is so great working in the school district I grew up in. In my free time I love to travel, read, go camping, and play with my dogs. I look forward to an amazing school year and getting to know you and your scholar! Mrs. Andrew
Hello, my name is Alesha Cunningham and this is my eighth year teaching and my fourth year in Adam’s 12. I have experience teaching fourth and fifth grade. I am really passionate about reading and getting students the books they are interested in. Growing up I was lucky to have some great teachers, who instilled a love of learning and inspired me to become a teacher. When I am not teaching I love to go to musicals, spend time outdoors, and watch football, soccer, and baseball. I love to read almost any type of book and watch movies. I also love spending time with my husband, Ryan, my daughter, Charlotte, my dog, and three cats. I look forward to an amazing school year and getting to know you and your scholar.
Hello Stukey Families! My name is Ms. Mendez and I am lucky to be a 5th Grade teacher at Stukey Elementary. I am a Colorado native and I have had the pleasure of teaching here for 18 years. One of my favorite things about teaching is being able to watch scholars grow in their learning and self-advocacy. When I am not teaching I am often with my two daughters, son-in-law, and grandson or at home with my dogs. If I am not walking my dogs, you can finding me reading a good book.
