Fifth Grade

Hi Stukey Families! My name is Mrs. Andrew and this is my 8th year teaching. I graduated from Adams 12, and it is such a privilege to teach in the community that I grew up in. My favorite part about teaching is helping students grow in their reading abilities, as it makes them more confident learners. In my free time I love to travel, read, go camping, and play with my dogs. I look forward to an amazing school year and getting to know you and your scholar! 

Hello Stukey Families! My name is Ms. Mendez and I am lucky to be a 5th Grade teacher at Stukey Elementary. I am a Colorado native and I have had the pleasure of teaching for a number of years. One of my favorite things about teaching is being able to watch scholars grow in their learning and self-advocacy. When I am not teaching I am often with my two daughters, son-in-law, and grandson or at home with my dogs. If I am not walking my dogs, you can finding me reading a good book. I love our Stukey community and I am proud to be a part of it! Ms. Mendez
