Teacher-Learning Specialist

My name is Isabella Carpiniello and I'm a Learning Specialist at Stukey Elementary. I am from New York originally, where the fall is long and the winters are frigid. I got my both my undergraduate and graduate degree from SUNY Plattsburgh in childhood education and special education. My first role as a teacher was as a general education 2nd grade teacher. This is my second year in this role as a learning specialist and I absolutely love it. The students and staff at Stukey are incredible. When I am not teaching, I am doing photography, baking sourdough bread, working at farmers markets, or traveling. I look forward to meeting you!

My name is Terese Fry. I am the speech-language pathologist at Stukey Elementary. I've been working for Adams 12 since 2007 and have had the opportunity to provide services at almost every grade level over the years. I love working with elementary age students and have really enjoyed being part of the Stukey team. A little about my past. I was born in a suburb outside of Chicago and my parents still live there today. I love to travel back regularly to visit with family and friends. I graduated from Marquette University with an undergrad in speech pathology and audiology and then attended graduate school at University of Northern Colorado. After graduating, I worked for the first 10 years of my career at St. Anthony's Hospital in Denver before transferring to the school setting in 2007. I am married and have 2 college age students and enjoy every minute that I get to spend with them now that they are away for so much of the year. My greatest passion is to spend time with friends and family in any way possible; traveling, skiing, pickle balling, walking, eating or just hanging out visiting.

Hello, everyone. I'm Tatiana Garcia, a mental health provider on the SPED team at Stukey Elementary School. Three years ago, I transitioned into the education field as a Family Outreach Liaison at an Adams 12 school. Before that, I worked in the childhood field for several years, including over three years in clinical setting. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and am currently working towards my Master's in the same field. I live with my husband, his name is Josias, and I have called Colorado home for almost 6 years. Spanish is my first language, and outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, listening to music, and relaxing with a good book. I'm also a food enthusiast, always excited to try different cuisines!

Hi, I'm Anne Kaslon and this is my first year working at Stukey as a Learning Specialist and I love it! The community has been so welcoming and every day it is a joy to come to school and see all scholars ready to learn. This is my 11th year teaching in the district. I am married and have two older sons, one who is married (so I have a daughter) and one son who lives out of state. I love animals and have two dogs and a bird. I grew up on a farm in Nebraska. I love being outside gardening, camping, and just enjoying nature.
